Apex Secondary School has boarding facilities for both Girls and Boys. Parents are encouraged to register their sons and daughters in our new and modern dormitories built within the school compound. After due deliberations the School has set the 17th day of February as APEX EDUCATION DAY.
The day is to be marked by doing various education activities at School ranging from debating to sports. One important annual event which will be taking place is to welcome Form one and present giving to students for their good performance in National Examinations.
Last August 2013, ALL students (Form I – III) had a study tour at Kagera Sugar where they learnt how sugar is manufactured and manufacturing industry at large. It was an eye opener to our students for future opportunities before them.
On the 6th day of June 2014, Apex had a study and sports tour at Rubya Seminary where our students had an opportunity to debate and had football match with Rubya Seminary. Apex lost football match to Rubya BUT all in all, had a lot to learn from their host.
On the 3rd October 2014, the School had its first graduation of Form Four Students. Seventy one (71) students graduated their O-Level studies. The function was held at Apex Square and it was witnessed by parents, relatives, friends, teachers from neighbouring primary schools and secondary schools, head of colleges and institutions located in Muleba District and villagers around the school. They are expected to start their National Examinations on the 3rd November 2014.
